"Needed help after a few big storms and they refuse to pay out claiming a few shingles from 60 ft away cause the flooding in 4 rooms on opposite side of house because they cant find the problem or dont want to find. Sent incompetent adjuster to falsely make up times to max out depreciation and issues to not pay out. Green dot is where shingles could not be found and put back blue circle is all the flooded rooms. Mold everywhere because they refuse to pay for damages because they cant see them. But flooded rooms say otherwise. They say paint will fix it. They tell you they will cover it if something ever happens that is why it cost so much more."

"I had an agent for 27 yrs before Tanner and he was wonderful and treated his customers like family always a pleasure to talk to then he retired then state farm made Tanner my agent and it has been bad the front desk woman don't know anything and Tanner is like a used car salesman he is always pushing you to add to your policy and trying to make more money off of you and when my son needed Tanner most with his policy and house he dropped the ball my son had to keep calling him kept calling him then finally he returned the call and never called my son back and I have had him for almost 9 yrs and finally I am with a different agent and he was going to make me leave state farm all together and I have been a customer for 36 yrs"
